Rhubarb is such a quintessentially English favourite for crumbles and other delicious puddings that we overlook its juice. Its juice is naturally tart, but when sweetened with delicious pressed apple, it makes a lovely refreshing drink.
James White Drinks started when Lawrence Mallinson, still the owner of the business today, acquired the assets of a defunct Suffolk Cider Company in 1989. Starting with just a range of single variety apple juices – Bramley Cox and Russet - the company has grown by developing brands and products to suit every occasion.
